"HE's BLUE" but whoever it was joined and posted in such a furious hurry, weren't
careful about spelling LOL
I've just been looking on ChampDogs - she has a listing there, but it is just that, no
comments/details/photos, and still her previous address unamended.
{gawd I HATE that site, is like looking for a needle in a haystack, nothing listed
alphabetically or by area, the only selection you appear to be able to get is those
breeders in your own Postcode area - unless you already know the address of who
you are looking for.}

websites. Unfortunately to the KC it is just "MRS C BROOKS". ???
[I do so prefer to be polite to people and address them by their correct(ly
spelt) name ...]
What exactly is that news item supposed to prove (about breeder, pop star OR dog) ?
"C'mon if ya think you're hard enough."
Regards, in anticipation,
Linda Swift.

Just been perusing the summer breed supplement Linda and I see that the litter registered by Carole Brooks earlier this year had neither sire or dam hip scored - oh what a surprise!
And yes the LIVER dog does have a hip score of 74 if it is Krakenedge Kalypso. So £900 for a puppy from a dog with severe, sorry - very severe hip dysplasia. Oh I do hope you puppy people are doing better research than hisblue did. In other words, RUN FOR THE HILLS......The next breed record supplement will confirm, but I don;t think there is any doubt, though CB could of course deny that this is her liver dog that has the puppies if that is the case, but the KC will in time reveal all.........

What I wanted to say was the KC have one of the items of their breeder code of ethics below, of which I think the continued use of known epileptic lines can be definitely be considered both harmful to the dog and the breed.
Will agree not to breed from a dog or bitch which could be in any way harmful to the dog or to the breed.
They can be expelled from the KC for breach of this. I'm sure they breach loads of others, but proving is another thing. Might help to include in the letter to Steve Dean?

This is why we went public so much with Megan's pedigree, if the Kennel Club cannot do anything and the breeders will not do anything, who is left, those dealing with the ill dog.

following it . I find it dispicable that this person is breeding these dogs with these health issues.
The color has nothing to do with it. I "used" to produce blue, but NONE of these mentioned dogs are in ANY of my pedigrees.
I also know a woman who breeds for every color, panda included. She also has some beautiful red and black showlines.
Whe I was checking out her pedigrees, I notice back 2-3 generations, some of the lines are left as unknown,
Now I wonder if that is left out on purpose, since it is so easy to get the missing info from the kennel club.
I have not heard of any of her dogs having any of these issues, so who knows.
Like I said, my main problem is breeding the dogs with known HEALTH issues.
I also see some of those that used to call their dogs liver, are now referring to them as chocolate. That is rather disturbing.
