I was assuming he had not been bred due to not having any hip/health testing done yet. Wrong assumption on my part I suppose.

Maybe she's not due the refund of her deposit ; maybe she is..It's a matter of opinion...

I have engaged the authorities and they will be approaching the Kress's about the situation. They have been provided with all emails, voicemail, and receipts concerning this matter. If the Kress' do not refund my deposit or allow completion of the transaction then court will be the next step.

To bad you didn't think to go this route before posting your smear thread all over a public forum. I hope the judge will take that into consideration when determining your character...Why must people post threads titled WARNING SO AND SO IS A CROOK!..There are other bettter ways to communicate that you have a problem with your breeder,,,Many buyers think it's an easy way to get what they want over an issue they think won't stand up in court or are too lazy to pursue properly..

I have freedom of speak the same as everyone else on this forum. I posted this in the hopes of preventing this from happening to someone else. I have the right to post my thoughts and opinions and everythin go have stated about this situation has been factual with evidence to back me up. You also have the right to post here about your good experiences with these people or any other people you would like to post about. As long as you are stating truth and not making anything up then it is your right and mine.

I have not posted anything that is immature or indecent. The only name I have called is in the title and it is accurate with regards to this situation. The other names have been called by other parties involved.
