To be honest Sue, I don't know, I just know they had him on a breeding lease...don't know what they produced, but Gucci's breeder seemed proud that they wanted to use him, however, it was the only time Bosse' let him go on a breeding lease, and went and got him back with in 3 weeks as they were breeding the heck out of him. and that was not the agreement he had made with them..so, who knows

Nope, the only thing I told Lida was that you at first said, you weren't all that impressed and then when I told you he was 9 you changed your mind. : ) Nothing bad about that... lol

Sorry, but I didn't say anything of the sort to you or anyone else. I don't "chat" like that to someone "sitting beside me" who I don't know - about dogs that I don't know. and I clearly remember watching Gucci with interest because I knew he was 9 years old (his age was in the catalog). and remember being impressed regardless of his age.

Maybe you weren't impressed with him and can't remember - or maybe you were sitting next to someone else. I don't even remember sitting anywhere. I was working at that seiger show in every moment I wasn't showing my own dog (in the working males class - the same class Gucci was in? and the same protection test?) or working the gates or picking up poop, being a Regional Breed Warden at that event (was helping as I could). So the person sitting beside you dissing dogs to strangers wasn't me -

I know that Lida doesn't like me but I have seen Gucci work.

He is incredible and IMO.....we NEED Showlines with Gucci's amazing working ability and structure! If we don't add dogs like Gucci then we start to loose nice structure in the working lines....many Czech kennels, EXTREMELY WELL KNOWN ONES, have been adding Showlines to their breedings for quite some time now with pretty impressive success! I would never turn away a Gucci pup if Lida decided I was ok enough to own one :)

Thanks for breeding my well titled Gucci Daughter Lida, I love my Quartz boy, and the Gucci Grandaughter is a delight also. They all have impressive working abilities and beauty also. You have given me exactly what I asked you for having a relationship with you and Russ has been my delight for the last 8 years!

What I find amazing on this thread is the moderators keep telling people to get back on topic, when the original poster was completely vague as to what was the "exact topic".

Not that it involves me, I'm just a little perplexed, although I didn't get to see what was edited and removed. So maybe it makes sense to some people.
