What a nightmare. Im unfamiliar with breeders contracts but cant you reposess the pup? Its obviously not wanted judging from the way the dogs been spoken about by the OP on here and Ripoffreport.com I would be concerned for the dogs well being!

I think what you are demanding is ridiculous....as does everyone else here.

 Why would you bump this thread? I know I just did it myself, but ....................let's let this one die. It's depressing that the OP won't let the poor pup go somewhere it will be appreciated for what it appears to be- a perfectly normal working line GSD pup.

This will be my only comment on this thread, as well.  I shouldn't even bother, and wouldn't, except that I just read through all the ranting and raving from the OP on the ripoff site, and what she said here, and to me, it is more than obvious that she hates this dog, and will never like this dog, and seems like she wants to punish Hans for that.

The puppy, from all the pictures I have seen of it, is a purebred, of that there is no doubt.  He doesn't look skeletal to me, as she has stated he was, and is.  He sure has better pasterns than the other black dog that was in the one picture.  If he's active, that must mean he's in decent health, as a sick dog wouldn't be that active.  If  a dog trainer can't handle an active puppy, maybe the trainer is working the wrong field...

Lastly, if the dog is so stupid it can't be trained, there is a possibility that it is not the dog who is having trouble, but perhaps the owner who is a few steps behind the dog.

It is clear that this person is not the kind of person most breeders would want to do business with, and toward that end, I believe that this person should be put on a list of people that breeders do not and will not sell to, as her personality is very much visible in her immature and childish posts on the ripoff site and here as well.

To the OP...I don't know you, and I don't know Hans or Debbie.  As for not telling you all about their entire history, I do not tell every individual I see my life's history, because it is not relevant...An RN license has nothing to do with dog breeding and kenneling, therefore it is logical that they would not inform you of such information.  Hans has clearly explained what happened with the AKC when he was suspended, and he has explained that imported dogs do not come with AKC papers.  THIS DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED GSDS..THEY ARE JUST NOT REGISTERED IN 

THE UNITED STATES.  UNTIL THE REGISTRATION IS IN HIS NAME OR HERS WITH THE COUNTRY 
OF ORIGIN, REGISTRATION CANNOT PROCEED WITH AKC HERE.

If you cannot understand that, that would be your issue, not his.

He offered you your money back, plus shipping both ways, if you don't want that, then keep your dog and quit complaining.  It will not likely come to a victory in court, especially if you start ranting like you appear to be prone to doing.  That pup looks fine to me, and to hundreds of others who are in the business of the normal, medium to large GSD, not the oversize you apparently were expecting.  And I liked the way that "8-10" inch collar became "the same 6-8 inch collar the pup has been wearing since he came". 

You are definitely beating a dead horse, you don't like Hans or his dogs, that's fine, but there's no need to sink to the level of "fat" remarks to make yourself feel better.  That makes you look very poor...Wonder what the judge in your lawsuit will think when these posts and emails are brought as evidence?

I am sorry you didn't have a good experience, but in retail, I dealt with people like you..No matter how good, it's never good enough for you.  Those are the ones I don't miss.

OK you stupid  WH.......   get off it. Send the dog back, and get your money. Tell you what I will come and get the dog and drive it back myself then get the money and send it to you.
