I'm not touching the breeder drama with a 10 foot pole but I am curious about this:
"One trainer & breeder (with over 30 years of experience with GSD's) would not even accept the dog into his program because the dog is so hyper and he told me it's a very poor example of a GSD."
Are you seeing he would not accept the dog for training because he considers it a "poor qualitry" GSD? Training for what? I assume, for such a young pup, basic obedience? What the hell kind of trainer turns a dog away from training because he doesn't like the breeding? Not a very credible one, in my experience.
There is a breeder in my area with 30 years experience, too. 30 years of puppy farming crappy dogs. That means nothing. And "hyper" dogs are easy as hell to train.
Now if you wanted your puppy accepted for sport training I suppose that would be evaluation based. I'm curious the details of this "training."
I'd apologize for sidetracking the thread a bit, but it's not like I'm interrupting really good conversation.

"To the op just say outright what you want done."
It really is this simple. What do you want. What do you expect to be done. What is your purpose in keeping this attack up when you have been offered refund and shipping costs. Who could or be expected to offer more.
You call someone a thief and a crook because foreign dogs do not come with AKC papers. When you get the papers, you switch the attacks to dog does not appear pure bred.
You have the "opinion" of a 30 year trainer who feels a high drive puppy is hyper and cannot be trained. Absurd. My w/l puppy was walking around on counter tops at 6 mos. Busted my lip twice, busted my balls so many times I became gun shy, had to be kept on a leash in the house at all times, and I loved it all.

Dwarfism? For real? Has this vet ever seen a European GSD? The dog in the pictures must be a different dog than this "catlike" runt the OP is describing. By the handle "Shiloh........" I think perhaps this person doesn't really know what a GSD pup looks like. My pups range from 10-15 lbs between 8-10wks...but I have to say my Czech pup was smaller, by at least a few pounds. WTH do you WANT???
I feel horribly sorry for the puppy, the way you talk about him. This is the kind of $h!+ that has made me decide to stop breeding already. There are so many lunatics out there that can trick you into sending them a pup and then you feel guilty and worry about the poor, innocent pup you put in the hands of a psycho. It sickens me.
Shiloh, I'll buy the dog from you. Seriously.

I don't know the whole background of the story, but the below statement is a lot more than many breeders/brokers/whatevers offer. Why has no one taken them up on it?
"Money back offer is on the table for long time and is still on. Shipping back and forth included."
What does the OP/Buyer have left to gain?
