That's exactly what I was hoping to read.

The "rough" translation I provided is direct from the Českomoravská kynologická Union (Czech Cynology Association, 2003) and conflicts with eurosport's translation on multiple points that I notice.
Acording to CKU, there are 6 blinds in SVV2 and SVV3, instead of 10.
There is 10 minute time limit to complete SVV1's track, instead of 15.
There is a 15 minute time limit to complete the SVV2 track, not mentioned.
A 350 yard track on the SVV1, not 300.
Yardages for the transport, escape bite, and courage test don't agree, either.

Hi Daryl,
would you please finally credit me for my list you are publishing on your website?
It's been three years now!!
(Thinking: "Can't believe people still think this would go unnoticed! In the age of the Internet!? Come on!")
Tried to call you on the phone yesterday, your two different locations, couldn't find anybody home except for the answering machines and did not want to disturb later due to the time-difference.
In your comments you are not saying whether you have these registries? In other words, you don't actually have access to them, do you?
Talk to you later!

I've had you credited on my "links" page for years :-) The other link was part of the 'dialog' of a sentence on one of the dog's pages. Maybe I can add a footnote on that page or something.

Hi Daryl!
I thought you would at least have grasped my name once in a while, it's allways mentioned on my Papers and informations:
Jan Demeyere, B - 8570 Vichte,
and you could mention my work placed at:
www.bloggen.be/hd
and
www.gsd-legends.eu
Thanks!
Now you didn't get my question, did you, or maybe I misunderstood your lines.
Any which way, I asked if you have actual access to Czech and /or Slowak GSD databases?
If not, maybe other people from these countries could help me out and write me. Would like that very much.
I have noticed the huge lack of correct information for the dogs coming out or living in these countries.
Register numbers fail, dates of birth fail, siblings are missing....
In fact, the information given here on PDB about their GSD's is ... poor, to say the least.
Hope it could be solved, if one could lay his hands on a database like the SV-Genetics.
Thanking anybody that might help and wishing you all a nice weekend!

No, I do not have access to an official dbase, and their record keeping is extremely poor, I would agree. I see native kennels sometimes posting inaccurate information or photos that they have extracted from this database. There are however very good private record collections, the keeper's of whose acquaintance is 'priceless'.
Best wishes in you data mining endeavors! ;-)

The fact less dogs are doing ZVV3 is due to the fact more people are doing IPO nowadays, or? That it is so hard to obtain that only a few can make it sounds unlikely, I mean more than a few dogs a year obtain KNPV or other titlesand I don´t think ZVV3 is harder than much of the other sports that are around.

To be honest, I think it's a perpetuated myth, because I've never validated the "few dogs awarded" statement through the trial-awarding organization. My own website states that 3 to 5 dogs are annually awarded the ZVV3 title, as do many others, such as Eurosport's, who Sita'smom is affiliated with and seems unable to answer with certainty. There are several other sites that state "5 to 9" dogs are awarded the title, and another I know of that says "3 to 10".
If you look at this link of czech ZVV3 trial results for 2010, I see a whole lot more than that, perhaps 30 GSD's alone (the breed notation is "NO" under the "Plem." column)
