"Have an attorney send me proof of the escrow account with my $1975 returned to me and you pay for shipping the dog back to you. I don't want this dog. It is NOT a purebred German Shepherd dog and is the dumbest dog I've ever seen. It is dumber than a shelter mutt I had. It pees on itself constantly and has no perception of housebreaking. I'm tired of cleaning up its mess 10 times a day and it still weighs under 40 pounds at nearly 6 months of age. It does not get along with any other dogs, they hate it and try to attack it. It is retarded or brain damaged."

sorry many had to see or deal with this, hopefully Hans you can now get the pup back and rehab him to live a somewhat healthy life, thanks for sharing your knowledge to the rest of us, and i must say it is very admirable of you to offer not only a FULL refund but also shipping both ways.

To address her size concern.  On one of the photo threads there is someone whith a GSD I believe at 7 months old and 35lbs.  The only reason it stood out to me is because my 15 week old is already 44.5lbs.

Everyone matures at a different rate, and how can she expect more than the worst from the dog when it is in a crate and confined all day.  I hope Hans gets the dog back and turnes it into is little prodige if for no other reason than to prove this woman wrong.

I hate that this is happening to such an honest, "stand up Guy"  Have been waiting sometime to get a female from him,  as soon as it is possible for me to do so I Will...Best to you Hans,  Not on here much,  if you would, please mail me when things are settled...hope it will be soon..Regards,  Lida

Some one in that State PLEASE show up there and check on that puppy .. those comments sound like a Bi-polar crazy rant. I would never in 100 years post something so horrible on a website for the whole world to see.. even if I did think a puppy I bought was slightly retarded I would never say such horrible things about it.
My heart is breaking right now for that puppy.. there is NOTHING in the world that will fix the damage of growing up unwanted.

I would like the pup back. Yes, Tes , Yes!!!!. The pup was pick of the litter!!!.There was absolutelly, positively  nothing wrong with the pup!  Please trust me and I do have witnesses to that. One of them is a LEO.  It brakes my heart what this little fellow must be going through. I have tears of anger and helplesness for my pup welling in my eyes as I am writing this.
Also.
I am setting up an escrow with an attorney where I will deposit the money which she can have if she returns the pup. It is money for shipping both ways and full refund for the pup. I am getting a paperwork done for that right now. However Sonia Berg of Steubenville  Ohio stated on many, many occasions that she wants the money and to keep the dog too. That is not going to happen though. That is as long as I live.  I feel pretty helpless.

I think you're a pretty stand up guy Hans.  If nothing I think this situation has brought you more positive attention than negative.  I know where my next pup is coming from.  It will be a long drive to pick it up (since I'm not crazy about shipping) but it will be worth it.

Hans,   I got $20 (or your favorite bottle of alcohol up to $40) that says she won't even do it.  I think if she did, she would have done it a long time ago rather than sit on the computer to b*tch & moan about the situation.  I think this whole thing has received more attention that it has really deserved.  Good job of setting everything up and hopefully this woman's soap opera can end but I doubt it.  I really say that you just have to ignore and move on.

Your a nice guy Hans...better man than me cause I would have told her where she could go with a number of cuss words after you offered to exchange and then offered full refund.

I think at this point isn't even about the carzy lady anymore, but about the welfare of the dog.  It's life is in danger....if it's still alive.

Depending how restrictive the purchase contract was, you may be able to get the pup back if it is being mistreated...
