Why do you think that the dog does not have a strong character?
He reminds me of an inner city gang leader who gets to the top by his constant preparedness tp push every competitor out of the way.
This dog certainly felt like he could overpower a human just by what he is prepared to do to get his own way.
And BM ..Ma said that Collin Haus Ming was one of the toughest and most dominant dogs he bred.

Mithuna there are so many breeders who tell they bred the most tough hardest dog in the world...........
Let me tell you this what I believe the dog is so good as his offspring he has produced
This is much more important.
There are so many of them who dont, reproduced themself in their offspring
on different females.

While genetics are unavoidable sometimes in setting a dog's characteristics, and environment makes its own claims to form the present dog, the current owner would do well to honor Susie's advice, to not present the energy of pity and expect a good result or fix.
This is especially relevent to the destructiveness of separation anxiety.
