On the femoral head on the R side ( on the LEFT side of the x ray) is what appears to be a horizontal crack. If that is actually the case then reading can be influenced by it severely. If it is not a crack then I'd say probably good but maybe fair. Femoral heads are not round as they should be for good, but are well inside of the socket.

Congratulations! Best guess fair because of the right hip being not as well seated, pelvis is slightly tilted.
