Hey Jerry, you only get special previledges if you have an official handicap....like me ...LOL And yes, only one dog per handler. And I dont think jogging is allowed.

Well first let me say this...running is completely out of the question...lol..."AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT"....lol....We will do fine..we will work on our cycling..
