When to ask for a deposit back.....Im pissed - Page 3

leoetta, that seems to me a very fair policy, I understand the need for deposits, people can be squirrely and not think through their deciscions. But many breeders have the policy of once cash comes in, it ain't going back under any circumstances.To me, accepting a deposit and then refusing to refund when the fault is on the breeder is very unethical.
