I would be elated if anybody can purchase the pup from her hands because I am truly worrying about the welfare of the pup. I am actually considering possibility that the pup is dead since that is the only reason which I can grasp why she will not return the pup and wants the money back to. That in order top heel herself on me financially. She is doing this because she is hoping that I will give up if she drags me all over the Internet.
I'd say send the pup and then you can have the money.

I don't blame you for being worried about the puppy's welfare. By reading her other posts, I would be too.
Some people just want something to bitch about and assume they can find a shoulder to cry on here. HA!
I've seen it a million times. This is not the palce to come if you want a Pity Party, hell even if you have been screwed (which I believe she is screwing herself and the poor pup! As the remedy has been offered over and over! )

If you are concerned, did you contact the police, where the pup is, and explain the situation? Did you save all the e-mails that were sent? This sounds like a police matter. Not only is she blackmailing you for money, the welfare /life of the pup is at stake here.

I too have been wondering if there has been an outcome on this situation. I have been away and came back to see if the crazy lady had been posting and she hasn't. I'm hoping that the matter has been solved and the dog has been returned to Prager and it able to be rehabilitated....that the damage done is not permanent.

My offer to give her money for the pup and all the shipping back stays and she still wants the money and keep the dog. I am not that sure that the dog is still alive. It saddens me that my dog is there. She sounded so good on the phone. I always wonder where my pups or dogs go. That is the biggest problem of otherwise great life style of breeding dogs.

So sorry to hear that she hasn't gone away. Honestly Hans I would probably call the police in her town/city and see what grounds you have to move forth with getting your dog back. I would also contact the SPCA or similar authority so someone can at least check up and see that your dog is still alive. My heart breaks to think that this dog is missing out on so much because the lady won't return it.
