If you really like the bitch, keep working her, make sure she is lean,
fit and well muscled, make sure she is also not ready to cycle etc,
then resubmit xrays at 24 months. Decide from there.
What's the rest of the litter look like? Hip/elbow history behind them?
Factor all that in.
