It is not the length of the time which matters.....it is the intensity and love of it.

Melba, I'm sorry to hear of your loss... Rest in peace, Chance. He was a beautiful guy and we were all lucky to have the chance to learn of his story and root for his recovery.

Oh so sad-I remember seeing his posting on the other GS forum and asking Marjorie if we could help-Steph had already let her know and the rest is history.
It is a good thing that he found someone that cared so much-if all dogs should be so lucky . . . .
RIP Chance
May time ease the pain of those suffering from your passing.

I'm so very very saddened to hear of Chance's passing. . . he came from my local shelter here in Beckley ... can't tell you how thrilled I was when he had offers to help off of this forum at the time he was in dire need of rescue. I would dare to say that the few months spent in his new home with his loving adopter were the best times of his life. . . he was so very loved and cared for and he departed this life knowing that feeling...They just take a little piece of our hearts with them when they go. Condolences to his owner and those who showed him so much kindness and cared so much about him... I'm SO sorry... Pat, Beckley WV
