I train with several police officers, and just this past weekend we were discussing the growing usage and importance of criminal background reports. Taking into consideration the exponential growth of the Internet, those officers that have children were talking about how dangerous a place the Internet has become.
I had to laugh when I read the link to the background report on one of the above posts, because I thought how ironic for a convicted thief and stalker to be the moderator of a dog forum. That speaks volumes for the credibility of the web site and the integrity of the moderator.

as much weight as if you are not anonymous.
I am totally not anonymous. I post my www on just about any post and there is phone number and and so on. People are then accusing me that I doing it strictly for commercial purposes. But I am not . I am an open book here. Have nothing to hide and will tell anybody in their eyes what I am telling here.
On the other hand there are LEO and other people who do not feel comfortable to reveal their identity. That is cool too. I like this website because it is not moderated too much. I just believe in liberty and freedom of speech and only limited control.
But that is just me.

Try this site: http://www.germanshepherds.com/forum
At least it has some moderation, people talk about dogs and it is civil.
FWIW,

This is my second post here at PDB. I've been reading through the archived material for a while. There is a lot of good information here if someone is willing to take the time to dig it out. I've done a little information mining her and have a lot more hunting to do...There are some very knowledgable people here that are willing to share there knowledge and experience with others. Truly a marvelous thing and not to be taken for granted. Yes, there are some less than desirable consequences to this form of communication and I agree that folks who use their real names may be a little more thoughtful in what they write. I had started the practice myself quite some time back because I didn't feel comfortable having a 'screen name' and wanted to be known for who and what I actually am. You know, a real person with a real name. Plus it's easier to remember!

Incidentally, some people told me that the link to the Washington State court database did not work, but I double checked it, and it appears to be correct. I will retype it again anyway just to be sure:
http://dw.courts.wa.gov/?fa=home.namesearchTerms Just enter the name Gary Fujioka at the name prompts and it should most definitely work.
Regards,
Bill

The Washington state link requires a lot of patience and maybe a bowl of popcorn... My eyes started to roll in the back of my head from sifting through it.
