I've never met Max, but can't help but feel I know at least a great part of him in my personal relationship with my own dog, his son. This dog has touched my soul in a fashion no dog before ever could, and his loss would be unbearable to me. Thank you Koos, and thank you Max, for providing me the most important companionship of my lifetime. I won't ever forget it. http://www.ehretgsd.com/Song4me.MP3

Max was a good dog for sure and I,m sure Koos has a gallon or two of seman chilled as we speak.

From what Koos emailed me, he died in his sleep and he said he probably had a heart attack. Intense guys like him always go to the Max.

Adi: It is not normal for an 8 year old dog to die of a heart attack, no matter how intense he was. Do you know if he is having a necropsy examination done to determine the actual cause of death?
