I typically do not get involved in this type of thing, but Shilohgdrescue what more do you want???? You have been offered to get your money back in addition to shipping costs!!! Gosh, I don't think you could ask for more than that!!! Most people would be thrilled with that offer. I am sorry you didn't get the dog you expected, but life is full of dissapointments. Send the pup back so he can go to a home where he is loved and appreciated. ! THere are too many people on this board who greatly respect Hans, me included, to get anyone to support you. Life is much too short to obsess over this. Let it go and move on so you can focus on finding your dream dog...and stop bashing Hans

It was said in the other thread , the Breeder has offered to take the puppy back and return your money.
If your not willing to do this then shut up about it. You don't get the puppy and your money back, it just doesn't work like that.
If you think you were cheated out of something go to court thats what it is there for.
I think most people would agree the Pity Pantry is CLOSED.

Piper please before you post anything read the threads on this topic. She wants money back and keep the dog too. Pup is perfectly good pup. Look at the pictures. There were people here looking at the pup who wanted it and they posted here that the pup was perfect. So how have I tried to scam her? I have also offered her money back and the shipping cost both ways but she insists on keeping the pup and the money. If that makes me scamer then I need to reread the definition of this term.
