Mystere

Platinum. I just received a 66# order. It is 70% chicken, the dogs love it, their coats are BEAUTIFUL and glossy, stools firm and little. It is pricey- I paid $169 plus shipping. But...you only have to feed 2 cups a day. Really--I fed 3 1/2 initally and the dogs got chubby. I really like EVO, too.

Anyone know if Evo is available in the UK?

Nia,  How much was shipping?   I'm guessing we would be similar for shipping charges.

I just feel guilty feeding such a small amount when they look at me with those big eyes and say "I'm still hungry!"

Mystere- Platinnum WHAT? Canidae? That's what I feed T and he looks great. No luck with the other Canidae formulas with the rest of the dogs.

Platinum dog food.  The dogs I've seen that eat it do look very good which is why I asked about shipping.  Right now I feed Innova Evo and Darwins Raw.

I really like EVO Red Meat Large Bites.  It gives my male optimal energy and makes his coat great.  You can see the change in his energy when he's fed another food.  Even RAW doesn't pump him up like EVO.  But I am deeply concerned about the protein content and really want to hear some experience with long term exposure to high protein before I start giving it to my boy daily.  By the way, it runs about $60 for 29+/- lbs bag here (Alabama)

Pinnacle by Breeders Choice. I have used it for years now. All my dogs do great on it. Many Petco's are now even beginning to carry it. They also have a Breeder's program, in that you send in 10 UPC's and receipts, and they send you TWO coupons for free bags. I use the Chicken and Oats formula.

I like Royal Canin GSD food, and use it as a base. As long as it is my base, I can add almost any other diet to diversify. The RC seems to address some of the GSD digestive issues. I have two boys and they are doing great on it mixed with Timberwolf Southwest Chicken and eggs/yogurt etc.

I feed "Evo" and "Origin". If I could afford raw, I would seriously consider it, but I've heard that in addition to cost it can be a messy ordeal.
