This bitch has severely dysplastic hips. She was adopted out by me (her original owner) on a spay contract as her spay had to be delayed because she also had recurrent severe urinary tract infections. Her adopter instead sold her as a breeding dog and I know she has had 1 litter so far. This dog was never meant to be bred, she was supposed to be a pet. I would have spayed her myself before the adoption but the vet wanted her to be at least 2 years old before spaying because he felt she would have spay incontinence or her UTIs would never go away. Her adopter "promised" she would be spayed and instead saw a chance to make money off the dog by selling her.
