Hello! I was wondering what other people thought about Nadja's pedigree. I know that she's Czech, WGWL, and WGSL. Her breeder bred for LE if that's of any use to you. Either way I love her and can't wait to continue our adventure.

Nice pedigree with some well known, solid dogs. Good hip ratings too.

I like most of the pedigree very much...but I'm not much on combining Working lines with Showlines...
However I certainly like the linebreeding on Bandit vom Oberhausener Kreuz...Very strong dog and produces well...

Bob,

When looking into mating a pair, the object is to produce better than the parents. So, if it appears that both will do so, it really shouldn't matter whether working or show-line right? They both are German Shepherds. Isn't it the same as mating a WG and Czech line? Personally, I think so. Replying purely for educational purposes.

So IF the pedigree looks good to you (whatever that means) and a Working line dog has a good pedigree and a Showline dog has a good pedigree You're thinking it's a good breeding?
I've seen many Working line X Showline breedings...I have never been so impressed that I want to go out and buy one...
I guess it all depends on what you're looking to produce...Good Working Ability...or...a Good dog for Breed Shows?

intresting pedigree,to say the least.what are your training goals for this female?as you're aware that most of these breedings produce "pet quality" dogs in general...not to knock or down-grade the breeding, because the top portion of the pedigree has produced some nice working dogs, and the bottom portion has produced some very nice "show dogs",but the "combination"(in general)has produced some dogs that were not "strong enough" in the work, and their structure was not "good enough" to show..and the "working lines" can barely get an "SG" at a conformation show?(then here comes "PACKO AUS AGRIGENTO" to blow that theroy out of the water)a bit of research into the big conformation shows in germany shows many of the "show lines" serverly lacking in the working temprement, don't take my word for it....the videos are available on social media...i like the pedigree, but if i were looking for an"IGP" prospect,i'd pass on this pairing, just based on history, but i wouldn't be surprized if a good trainer turned one of these pups out  impressively, but i'm very intrested to see how it turns out!

She and I have been training in IGP and she's doing very well. Nice full, calm grips and flashy obedience, although she could have a tad more prey drive. I was a little unsure of getting a pup from this litter but after watching mom and dad work and meeting them I decided that it would work for what I wanted in a dog, she's got a phenomenal temperament and a nice off-switch as well as strong nerves, she's just all around awesome.
