Sounds like a lot of rules, requirements, programs, organizations, etc., but nothing that contributes to the improvement of the breed with the possible exception of RSV2000.

VonTrula, The USCA link you cant access on the website usually just provides information on price and procedure on obtaining the A stamp. I will send you the information if you like. The ‘a’ stamp is the certification model the Germans use for evaluating the hips and elbows. It’s similar to the OFA but under a different grading scale and criteria. It cost a little more than OFA. $40 compared to around $170 for SV. Plus you have the cost of xrays which can be all over the place. My vet does hip and elbows for $220. $50 for each pic ($150). $45 sedation and $25 for doing the necessary procedures for getting the xrays entered into the SV system.
