Can someone please tell me where can I find a working collar like one this dog have on this picture ??? Or ,at least , the picture of that kind of collar...

Possibly if the dog had a head not out of proportion to it,s body and and a structre more conducive to working and not squating his head would not need assistance to stay up? Just a thought.
