There are no guarantees about this, but I generally find that if people willingly answer all your questions about the dogs and their health history and the process of getting them to you etc, they are going to also be genuine in their dealings with you. So make sure you get acceptable checkable answers to your questions about what you are looking for in a pup; and be prepared always to walk away if something (anything) makes you uneasy.
All of this advice applies not just to sellers in eastern Europe, but to breeders in America, and everywhere.

Brick, I wonder why he would give a female a male name?
That dog is not in any database I can find. It is named after the actor who played Hercules in a TV series, so we don't even have a kennel name to look up. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0969488/
Do you know the names of the parents/grandparents? Does the breeder have a kennel name?
Need more info on the dog before anyone can comment.

Sunny the name Josef kralik is the name of the owner not the dog I believe.
