I have paid 9500 euros for a dog and Patrick and Alishia have not sent papers, or notified the SV. They claim they mailed a letter, which I received, containing only show cards and no pink papers. They are not cooperating and I have no papers. This is just the tip of the ice berg.

I paid for training. I never received updates. The dog failed his IPO1 on two occasions. The first of which, they didn't tell me he was even going to that show. I found out later on my own. Prior to failing, I was told numerous times the dog was ready. But never given an update of any kind.

They abuse the paypal forum and have you send money friends and family. Which was a mistake for me to do. And they give you no other way venue to use to pay. Such as a wire. So I cannot dispute charges. Ive had to hire a lawyer to get the dog and he promised to mail the papers to my lawyer after the dog was handed over for transport. No papers were given and now his claim that he mailed them. The SV has no record of him changing my name to owner.

Patrick has been dishonest thru out all of our business together. He now claims he is away for work for 3 weeks and will not do anything and his wife is on vacation as well. All of this should of already been handled. No sense of urgency on their end to get me the papers for what I paid for. They l have been deceitful with every business agreement we had. They've sent me the wrong puppy before in a shipment to the US. A stock coat and not a long coat female that shipped with her long coat brother. I have two passports that did not match either puppy. Truth comes out later, in fact, two wrong puppies and my puppies went to Dubai. It has been lie after lie.

I get notification that he sent SV papers. only the show cards were in the letter. And now I try to get a duplicate copy of papers and the SV writes me that Patrick still has the original
