I'm looking to import a puppy from Russia into the states, but I haven't done it before. I have imported a couple of times from Germany.

The CDC website says a puppy has to be 4 months old because of rabies vaccination unless given special permit with quarantine. Any experience with this? The puppy I'm looking at is only 10 weeks old.

Who is the shipping company to use from Russia to US?

Harder to import from Russia versus Germany?

Thanks for any thoughts.

In Russia, there are many different Cargo air companies that are engaged in the transportation of animals to America. Usually, the company is chosen by the breeder of the puppy because he knows the information and feedback of people who have already used the services of a particular Company. As for transportation to Germany, usually the delivery is done by a car, with trusted and trusted people who accompany the puppy to the destination and hand it over. In all the cases listed above, the accompanying documents are usually documented by the Company / person who is carrying animals. Because they have experience and know all the necessary rules for the transportation and importation of animals to different countries of the world.
