I wonder what can i do to improve overall condition and stamina on my male pup. I live in Miami and is hot day and night. Recently weather is getting a bit cooler and now that i could spend extra time doung some obedience without hurting the pup. He is 9 months and weight around 75 pounds . Almost 26 inches . As always i thank you in advance for your time

Swimming is excellent, low impact. You don't need to do a lot of it either. Make sure the water is not too cold.

Yes to swimming, highly recommended. Can you find a beach to swim from where you can also run him on sand ? Working the leg muscles over a shifting surface. Getting him to run up and down on hilly land is good too. Try a ball if he'll retrieve, and then you don't have to do as much running as the dog ! Don't overdo any of these at first, build up gradually to avoid sudden strains and soft tissue problems, even when its not too hot.

Of course find a beach or swimming hole without gators or sharks. ;)

Let your dog pace himself, start off with short exercise sessions until he has built up stamina.   Do NOT allow him to gulp down tons of water after (smaller amounts of water until he is cooled down), and do not exercise until at least 2 hrs after feeding, nor feed right after.

In Florida there is no thing as a Beach without Sharks or a Swimming Hole/Lake/Pond whatever without Alligators...
You would have to find a pool that you can swim your dog in...The Beach is good to run your dog...even in the VERY shallow water (only your feet should be allowed in the water)...
