I understand this world is full of people who have nothing better to do that be tough on social media and type information that is mere bs. So, here are the facts:
Ritner Kennel Rescue and Eichenluft Working German Shepherds holds two separate pa state licenses, which are currently in litigation with the state dog law because of a dispute about #s of dogs transferred per year - not because of any violations for care of dogs or housing of dogs. The #s violations are for the rescue dogs (spayed/neutered dogs rescued by Ritner Kennel Rescue, a 501c3 rescue) because the state decided that the # of rescue dogs transferred per year should be added to the # of well-bred dogs who were sold per year on the K license, = over 60 dogs per year allowed on the K license (the rescue NP license doesn't have a limit on # of dogs transferred) and therefore the kennel should have a commercial kennel license. For rescued dogs. The failed state inspections were commercial kennel inspections. The kennel does not hold a commercial kennel license but was inspected as a commercial kennel over the past year, while the kennel licenses were in litigation. The state is acting illegally. The citations for shelters are from the state deciding that after 13 years of passing inspections, there should be dog houses inside the kennel runs, located inside a kennel building that is fully sheltered from all drafts and weather. The "shivering dogs" were one rescued dog, a hound, who had walked over to the door of the kennel to greet the wardens - away from the blankets, and heat lamps placed there to provide warmth during the cold weather. In addition, the short-coated dogs including that hound were moved into the heated kennel on the very cold nights. There are always two sides to every story dont' be so fast to condemn when you don't know the rest of the story, especially if you haven't seen the truth for yourself or asked.
Obviously, from my profile name, I am friends with Molly and have been since '00. I also understand that no one person is perfect and we all either make mistakes, say, or do things we wish we hadn't, which every single one of you have. I also understand since we are our own person, as God intended, we have different opinions, personalities, etc. So, to lower yourself by spreading hate... Well, I wish I could witness you pleading to God to let you through the gates. I am defending Molly based on my years of friendship and all those years I've witnessed her home and kennel. Can't you people just let life do its thing and spend more of your time loving or simply ignoring. Obviously, not for some of you.

'Dugan', I think if you do a 'site search' on here you will find quite a lot of posts, by AND about Molly. IIRC about 4 or 5 years ago (about the time she stopped posting regularly on PdB) there was a good deal of criticism of the way she was keeping dogs, especially the 'rescues' rather than her own breeding stock. And about the way she aquired / moved on some dogs. Some of it makes for unpleasant reading.
I think people are particularly concerned when the breeder in the public eye for what they are doing is also a breeder who holds, or has held, 'high office' within that breed. Rightly or wrongly, they are held to provide a good example of 'best practice', not to get exposed for any unsavoury methods and activities.

And to Vk... It's all apart of life. No one said it was always going to be easy or painless.

Another inaccuracy on your part.
But I give you credit for trying. ;-)

Your not in a position to judge accuracy, you see invisible beings everywhere and think molly is a quality dog breeder.
