Does anyone know this place in Sandusky Ohio? If so what could you tell me about him and/or his dogs? Thanks in advance.

Google Standing Rock (where Native Americans are protecting their water source, sacred sites and treay rights. The private security hired by the company trying to ram an oil pipeline diwn their throats set attack dogs on the protesters, including, reportedly, children.

FYI I am very much up to date on the incident. I have also observed the video. Lucky for those bitten it was by substandard dogs handled by substandard handlers or they really could have been hurt!

I say again what does the incident have to do with the question asked in this post?!

He is also a registered sex offender and has been convicted of theft. Has a ripoff report. Deacon not only was it substandard--is was chaos and out of control. They were there illegally also.
I am getting ready to go up there and stand with my northern brothers and sisters.
We are trying to gather all info on these folks which is why I came here to ask about him. Thanks for the replies.

Exactly! The question about Frost and his kennel (as well as a specific handler)has come up here and elsewhere BECAUSE of what has been happening at Standing Rock, and Frost's connection to it.

Minta, when you get to Sacred Stone Camp, say hello to my friend Andy Laverdure, if you get the chance. There are 3 generations of Laverdures there.
