If you would be so kind to look through his ancestors who have a lot of titles I have no idea what any of it means.

There's not really what I would call a lot of titles in his pedigree. There is one dog in his 2nd generation with titles and those are very basic AKC obedience titles. Then in the 3rd generation you have just a few dogs with IPO titles. The FH title is a SV tracking title.

From what I can see a good looking dog.  You would be well advised to forget titles and focus on your individual dog's talents and abilities. Chaser the Border Collie is the smartest documented ( word recognition and use ) non-human animal in the world and has not a single title. Don't sweat the titles .. your dog could be the best dog in the world and not have a single title ( it is optional ) and there have been some " world champion of a very small world WUSV " and BSP ( German IPO Championship ) winners that were a real mess. Most real working dogs ( bomb, military, livestock guardian, and assistance dogs ) are not titled. Those who have dogs with titles think the titles are very important but as in most man made titles, politics and pecking order play a huge role in which dogs get titles. As far as I know titles are not recognized within the dogs community and among dogs themselves .... just a human folly and a way to sell dogs. The addition of a title does not change the dog but it does change the humans. Don't fall into that trap.

More to the point there's a lot of missing health info
in the most recent 2 / 3 generations; if Hips aren't
there, what else haven't they been tested for ?

Still, he is a pretty dog.

My proposed litter shows line breeding of 5-4 CH Tom van't Leefdaalhof

00.39% Wright's

02.39% Hardiman's

what does this mean?

Wright and Hardiman are two different ways of calculating the degree of in-breeding present in any given litter, or individual dog's, pedigree. Named after the creator of each system, as I understand. I cannot tell you the nitty-gritty of how they work but am sure you can google more information on them than you will probably ever need.

Basically it means Tom is behind both the father and the mother of your dog; about the great grand parent level. This means genes from Tom MAY be discernable in your dog, hopefully good ones that assist in him having Tom's renowned working qualities, but possibly not, depending on what else is in the mix.
