I have a female and she has puppie,so I wanted to dewormer her with ivomec,because the puppies have worms
so I was wondering if she or the pups could get side effects .

Personally I would use pyrantel. Also safe for pups from 10 days on. I have used Ivermectin on lactating bitches with no ill affects, but cannot comment on the advisability of this.
If you are seeing the worms, they are probably rounds. Can literally choke the pups to death if not handled quickly.

Heartguard is an approved product for lactating females at the dose recemmended. I agree with pyrantel, and then fenbendazole is safe too.
