hay ppl i have a gsd he is 9 wks old just wondering when should he bite and keep his jaw closed cos at the mo he some times will bite something but then let it go? and he wont bite anything if its soft only hard thinks

How are you training him? If he is doing Schutzhund, take him to the Training Director at the club. A good TD will know how to work your dog. You don't need to do much at home. Most people don't know enough and just screw up all the progress the TD makes each week.

well he is only 9 wks old so i havent taken him to schutzhund classes just jet i will be able 2 take him out now next wk

I wouldn't worry about it then, he's just a baby. If you're concerned about the grip then just avoid those activities until the TD can evaluate the dog.
