HELP Admin major problem not lettting me see or edit my post - Page 1

First of all the page is all wonky, The right column now appears on the bottom of my page, the labels on the sads are offset from the ads, it doesn't appear google ads are running

All was ok last night so I don't think it's my computer Win7 IE10

It looks like I managed to get the text posted to my thread w/ only one dupe (please remove if you can) but it doesn't let me see the thread unless I log out.

When logged in and I go to the thread all that appears is my original post two boxes saying delete? edit and this HUGE red bordered rectangle which covers much of the page . I can NOT see any of the other posts.

Same thing is happening on Hundmutter's thread I posted to last night. When I open it signed in all it show me is my post and editing info and that big red box. Can't see her reply to me.

My photos did not load so I need to go in to edit/add them but since much of the thread is me "replying" to the original post it will not let me edit those replys which is where the photos are. By the way in the editor I tried to use the additional pp link - not work. Also had tried to post w/o editor but it stripped the formatting so no can do.

BTW would not let me log in under the posts when I logged out to see if I could see the thread. Had to go down to the log in link (which should be upper right but is not right now) and thankfully that recognized me and let me log in.

Everything appears normal to me.

I looked at your thread and it appears the pictures didn't upload. How did you add the pictures?

I tried to edit my post above hit submit and got a 404 error page and no edit.

It appears that this thread will let me edit the post (note did not use editor but not used it last night either)

On the first viewing the red delete box was only about 2x the size of the other. On this viewing a good 4x or more.

Still can't see replied unless logged out.

I can not reboot right now have stuff working on needs to stay open.

Without the editor unless you know html or are using a pic from photobucket or one online you can't have pics. I don't think edit is working. I tried to edit a post yesterday and it didn't work. Edit is working, just checked.

Just submitted reply what now shows is two huge red bordered boxes that fill the whole middle of the page. There is a small solid red box to the right saying delete post. What shows in the border box is in the middle of each our avatar but no message - this is a pdb formatting problem NOT a kill the brain problem! Its changed how the reply boxes look in the thread IF one is logged in- its fine if logged out.
I will try to copy so you can see.

try f5 on that page. what browser? you shouldn't be able to post without being logged in.

As noted above using win 7 ie10

F5 made no difference. Can't copy what I'm seeing can you tell me how to do a screen capture.

NOTE ON THE VERY FINE DOG THREAD - was using the editor. I was copying and pasting from a word doc.
If I can ever get the ability to edit the darn thing I'm sure I can get the pics loaded because I have
in the past.

lol, that damn IE. I just tried IE 10 - Reminder - delete IE 10 from my system. lol. I cannot get the same thing you are getting.

I use the snipping tool in win 7 to take screenshots.

Definitely IE 10 browser related.
First shut down PDB in IE. Changed my network to a commercial wi-fi to make sure my connection wasn't playing in the game. Opened google and searched for thread so would be new link not just pulling up old history. I was signed in as always but same problems not only posting and editing but screen arrangement and ad copy. Signed out and still page and ad problems but at least could see the threads.
Closed the IE link with me signed off. Opened Firefox and searched for thread in Google. Opened page showing me signed in ( apparently Firefox had held that setting from the last time. Page and ads were displaying correctly. Could read the threads Hooray! It also let me edit. Double Hooray.

so as long as the edits stick I think we can say that IE has issues with something in the upgrade that ocurred within the last 24 hous since it was ok before then.

Thank you so much for your help. For now anyway I guess I will need to use Firefox to engage rather than view.
