23 quilos is only 'a bit too light for a 15 month old female' GSD if one believes that all GSDs should be 90-100# cinderblocks. It's hard to boost an 36 kg GSD up through a window or over a stockade fence if the need arises, and the Coast Guard certainly finds dogs under 31 kg to be better suited for boarding ships to check for contraband because they're a lot easier to carry up the ship's ladders...
Give me an adult female who weighs in at 24 to 29 kilograms, or a male that's under 31, and I'm a happy girl with a dog that's likely to stay sound well into their senior years while being highly active for their entire lifetime.

Becky just went today to the vet, she is today 24,1 she is growing really well...
And we are just waiting to finish the treatment on a skin fungus she caught to do the hips and elbows x-ray, but vet vet says there is nothing to wory about. SHE IS AWSOME
just uploading some videos of todays basic obedience training we did at home with her, nothing professional, nothing croped or nothing like that, just the daily training, soon will upload it here for you guys to see.
