I have a 4 week old GSD and every time he eats he sits down a cries out as if he has a tummy ache and then vomits until he gets all that he ate up. he done it at 3 weeks when we started feeding them puppy mush, could it be Mega -E and will that make him cry out in pain. I have wormed him at 2 weeks old and again tonight because i have read that it could also be worms. I will be taking him to the vet in the morning, just wanted some opinions on what it might be as this is the only puppy i have had out of these 2 parents that has done this

Yes. Barium mixed in food, then exray of neck.

Don't worm him anymore, he's too young and not in good health. Otherwise, I agree with Joan

Ok i understand not being in good health right now but why is 4 weeks too young to worm?

You've wormed him enough...that's not going to alleviate his pain or eating problem. Get him to a good vet.

You said  you first wormed this little pup at 2 weeks of age because he was acting sick.  That's way too young and why didn't you first have a fecal done by your vet since this was not a healthy puppy? As if that wasn't enough, you challenge him again at  4 weeks while is is still sick. Deworming medications are essential poisons that should only be given to healthy dog older than 2 weeks. Is this your first litter?

It sounds like Mega E so you'd better get him to a vet ASAP before he developes aspiration pneumonia and dies. Some Mega E dogs can live full lives by feeding it using a Bailey chair, but it takes a life time of dedication and an owner who is willing to do that.

2 weeks is a common age for breeders to begin deworming litters. Most do it every 2 weeks from 2 weeks of age.

I never said he was sick at 2 weeks when i wormed him, I always worm my puppies starting at 2 weeks, he didn't start vomiting until he ate soild food. And i'm taking him to the vet

Pts is the most humane thing to do.
