Newbie questions on pedigreedatabase.com - Page 1

Couple of questions. I'm new.

If I'm looking at the family tree of a dog here on pedigreedatabase.com, how do I make sense of what I'm seeing. I'm specifically looking as German Shepherds.

I've seen that all the titles like IPO3, ZVV1, ZPO1, VPG2 are awards that the dog has one.
The second part of the dogs name is the name assigned to the owner? Or the breeder?
How do I know which country the dog has come from? Some have a pedigree number eg CMKU DS/xxxxx/xx/x, and the first bit, CMKU in this case, tells me the dog is registered in the Czech Replublic. If there's no such number then any way to know which country the dog is from?

Any way to tell if the dog is show line or working line?

Also, what is pedigree database? Who owns it, which country is it based in, and are all registered dogs present? Ie can I look up any nationally registered dog?
