I was looking at a pedigree on working-dog.eu and noticed on a particular dog that its elbows were rated as fast normal and the hips normal. I was not aware there was a fast normal rating for elbows. Does anyone know when this was started?

For as long as the SV has been certifying elbows...I think the other EU countries follow suit as well.
The UK and Australian breed clubs also have more than one grade on elbows. Only OFA is pass/fail, I believe.

Thanks Hexe. I dont ever remember seeing fast normal on eblows that is why I asked.

Hence people's complaints about OFA, the only certifying body who grades hips and only passes or fails elbows. 
Not to start rumors, but I hear they also have nz for elbows.
