Just a question, does anyone know when the German SV will be holding their elections this year for new Board Members? I have heard the Herr Henke will not be running for President of the SV again this year and was just wondering who was going to be running for president and when the election will be and when the new officers take office.

What difference will it make ? Is there someone out there that might run that will change or improve the way things are done now ?

Since Henke is not running, that is not good for Yee, as it seems Yee was depending on Henke so Yee could take over GSDCA and the whole working dog association in the States. Yee also wanted to flood the GSDCA shows with their dogs and take over GSDCA by other means. I know the person he told these things to. Whether or not he said different things to other people, have no idea.

Sad that there are all these nasty things happening instead working with our dogs.

Given the way Yee mucked up the WDA. I think his future in the GSDCA or any othe GSD organization is limited at this time ? :-)

I was thinking of running for it actually. In my first term I will halve the number of gsd litters and decree that all breeding animals must complete two 25km runs in a minimum time in the same week and hold a bunch of sheep in a watered, unfenced, heavily timbered grazing area between each run, only coming off the sheep to do the run. Food & water for dog supplied.

After that I will personally sneak attack the dog while wearing a rhinocerous outfit and it must convincingly stop me to protect itself.

Of course all this trotting in a circle nonsense will be banned within seconds of my election. All former titles will be null and void.

Breeders that do not work their dogs will be immediately arrested and publicly flogged. Their assests will be siezed and the proceeds will go to rescue orgs.

I will randomly select breeders and sentence them to 1000 hours of volunteer work at gsd rescues of their own choice and send them unarmed to south central LA wearing a white hood with their own dog for protection.

After all that I will get busy on a breed improvement strategy prolly by introducing malli into the breed.

I think you hit the nail right on the head. I believe Mr. Yee's chances of attaining high office in the GSDCA are about as good as betting the Pope will become a Baptist.

Allamance:

You too are right in my estimation. I heard that Yee and Henke were good friends and that Mr. Yee may have manipulated Henke to promote the WDA and it ended up causing the controversy we are dealing with today.
