Ziva vom Majic Forest is an 11 month old long coat German Shepherd female
she has been listed for sale by Heather Rorabaugh on the Pedigreedatabase, Craigs list and several other places on the internet
I have a court judgement against Heather to return this dog to me.
Please feel free to email me, call me, reach out to me via Facebook
This female is not for sale. If she sells her by Pennsylvania and Utah law it will be a fraudulent sale and will be prosecuted.

This is incorrect. The judgment you mention is a monetary judgment not for return of the dog, it is for contractual damages which by law voids your contract. The judgment is in Utah which has no jurisdiction or effect in the state of Pennsylvania. Thank you.

If the breeder is willing to take the dog back, since you do not want it, why not arrange to return the dog to them?

The dog in question has been placed in a new loving home at this point since you were granted monetary value for the dog. She will have a great loving home as opposed to be a breeding machine locked in your garage for her entire life.

Heather that is interesting
You, Heather Rorabaugh, of vomrorabaugh, received, acknowledged and responded to the original court filing of the law suit. That filing was for contractual damages, attorney fees, slander and return of the dog. It has been an on going process. So you are and were aware of it. You choose to not respond to further process when the judge ruled against you. You received ALL copies. The judgement was posted on Facebook and mailed to you at your address on file with the courts in Pennsylvania. You and your friends plus others responded to the Facebook posts. You immediately put the dog up for sale when you received your judgement, against the contract. Even placing her is against contract. You are aware of all this. The contract allows for processing and adjudication in Utah. It is being adjudicated in PA as we speak. You signed the contract, initialing and acknowledging each and every page, specifically stating that if you could not keep the dog you would return her to me.
We dismissed without prejudice the slander part of the suit, but it can be opened back up. I did not have a garage, and the dogs live in the house with me. You know that.
I can not upload the judgement as I am not sure what the database in asking for to upload a picture, so here is a cut and paste of the final judgement for anyone to read.

It seems that Heather Rorabaugh has changed her kennel name from Rorabaugh German Shepherds to Leistung Haus
and has partnered up with Butler German Shepherds in PA
he has a known record and criminal charges for selling puppies to young under PA law.
by MajicForest on 12 April 2015 - 00:04
The judgement has now been filed in PA against Heather, she placed the dog with Darryl Butler to avoid the Utah/PA ruling. Darryl he has renamed her and will register her ACA. He will then turn around, produce a pedigree to AKC and under their established research rule, will be allowed to register her with AKC. My attorney in PA has also sent Darryl a letter asking him to surrender the dog or we will seek legal action against him also.
by MajicForest on 12 April 2015 - 01:04
Oh and by the way, speaking of 'breeding machines' Darryl breeds his dogs when the turn 1 and breeds then every heat until they can not produce anymore. So much for a 'loving hom'. Heather Rorabaugh

you honestly should get a life of your own and stop stalking me. you have no idea what you are talking about. you want to mention puppies being sold too young? How about breeding dogs with genetic defects like heart murmers, floppy weak ears and hernias? just a thought.
