dog fights - Page 4

For me its not about the OP  anymore jenni its a good thread .first time to any breed need to know how to prevent fights from starting in first place.everyone who owns 2 or more dogs have had fights .or if u have seen it in a club tell how it was stopped physically not through what you have read .we know the best way is not to let it happen separate them . what is needed on this tread in hands on .WHAT DID YOU DO .This is knowledge that should be shared you never stop learning

ii saw an idiot in a dog park lose his finger by sticking it between 2 dogs fighting lol

people will always do these things i have no idea why

I put a muzzle on my dog in busy areas they work great just to be on the safe side.  Dogs will still fight with muzzles on but more just smack each other around.  The weaker dog will get scared.  I saw a gsd attack a dobie while the gsd had a muzzle on the dobie rolled over on his belly and screamed but no damage was done he was just terrified.
