Can you upload a photo of the puppy? Because shepherds can and do change colors as they mature. And they can go through several color changes before they reach their full adult color. Also ears can go up or down from time to time. Thats part of their development too.
But a photo would be really helpful.

showline german shepherd puppies are born almost all black. their coat becomes lighter with age.
Typical colors of black/red puppies that are 6 weeks.
Does your pup have coloring like this?

in physique and face structure my puppy resembel with the left one like in tail shape and in coat but not having tan marks on the body but the legs at the back are changing to a mix tan and black having white hairs in it.a few white hairs on both sides of the chest and some white hairs appeared below the tail while the anal area is white in colour just like the puppy in the right pic in the back position.his age is now 11 weeks.the changes are visible in the pics.

Bi-black? Maybe? and i think the pup's condition looks a little poor. Has it been wormed? Current on shots and what are you currently feeding the pup?
The coat is much flatter then that of show line dogs as puppies. But i'm no german shepherd breed expert. So i'll it at that and let those better vested in the breed comment.

Hard to tell with the coat being wet, but I'd be a little concerned if he was mine. I also think that I see a hind dew claw as well, if so, a definite trip to the vet.

on the 9th august he took his first hexadog shot and before that he was dewaormed through zental syrup.his feed consists of boiled chicken with rice and chicken legs as someone told me that it is very useful for the ears cartilage to make it strong and helps a lot in standing up its ears.beside that two glass of milk in the morning and evening.

Raw chicken wings with a spoonful of yogurt would be good at this age. Another meal of raw ground beef with a high fat content and an egg yolk, all in the same day, too.
It is the chewing of the raw bones with their calcium content that will help the ears stand strong.

Diet seems to be missing a lot, but then again i'm a dry dog food feeder. And i know thta not everywhere is that available. Probably need to add more then just rice to the diet. Need more variety, some organs meats, fruits, fish, fresh veggies, some red meat.
I think at this point i would not feed milk as he should b losing his latoce enzymes by now. No longer nursing and no need for milk.

I think he looks like a bi/black working line Shepherd at this point.
Agree with dragonfry on pups diet.
Some Shepherds are still born with rear dew claws, good for getting torn off, I'd remove them if possible.
Our old bi/black. She was black, grey markings.Heck of a dog.
