Wait another 6 months and do it again .. looks good now but too soon to tell.  Perhaps the legs were pulled too close together .. hard to tell without the complete shot .. I suspect there may have been some tension pulling the joint apart from the legs being too close together and not parallel.

i agree that legs were pulled  too close ...but what about the depth of the socket?
can it change to the future?

IMO normal (fair to good) for breed and age. Send them to OFA for a prelim evaluation if you're concerned.

Here is a better viewe of the X rays.
Personally,i think tha the bitch is at all ,not in the best position. My concern is at most for the left hip(right when you see the picture)

I think for her age it looks OK, knees are turned inward way too much, and I would NOT give her Vit C.  Dogs produce their own.  The Vit C rage ended a few years ago when someone decided they were causing more harm than good for the dogs sake.  Good luck.  Nan

It appears that this bitch is quite overweight.  That is a big concern when it comes to hip health, especially in a young, growing dog.  The hips don't look bad considering the position.  The legs should be parallel and not pulled inward so much.  That is probably what is causing the left hip to look the way it does.  Best wishes with your girl.

thanks k9gsd78!
She is 23-24 kg and 8 months old.
She swim a lot.Specially she swims every day and has very good muscles.Maybe i must turn into lower tempo. But i think that pulling inward so much the legs, can show the dog overweigth.
In any case do you think that these hips are in high dangerous?I have never provided her with glukosamin-chondroitin ,but i want to start her for any case low doses.
