dogs are oversized and overweight yes.   The dog on the beach almost looks like his legs are almost too small to hold up that big body!

Sunsilver - those dogs are not dead, I already said that I met one of those dogs in person. I would say about ~5 months ago, he was 3 years old. I'am talking about the first picture with a girl standing next to 2 german shepherds.

By the way I took my pup to petsmart today, the weight is 80.6 pounds today 7//19/2009 "lost 1 pound" but he is standing 27" inch at the shoulder instead 26" inch I made a honest mistake.

They also exam him and said he is not overweight, and they also said his adult size be 30% bigger then he is now, I would guess he should be ~110 pounds by the 1 year of age. Maybe 29" inch tall at the shoulder by the 1 year.

Technically Adult is 2 years old. Fully mature by 3 years old.

GSDPACK - that dog with your link looks undersize!

Sunsilver - It seems you really like my dog, that is why you are talking about it :)

I recently bought a female puppy's from www.fleischerheim.com/ he has good standard size dogs compare silly dog you gave a link. I simply didn't talk about it but here is the pic.

Look, as much as you don't want to hear it, your dog is fat. Your standard size dog is fat. You take years off of their life by keeping them fat.

I have a 55lbs female shepherd here with a bite like an alligator and she is just as fast as any Malinois I've ever seen. She'll bite you three times before you can even blink if her bark doesn't stop you first.

There are many people on this board much more experienced then you or I telling you your dogs are much too fat. Doesn't it seem a little coincidental that not one person has told you otherwise? It doesn't matter, by any standard your dog is overweight. I would choke myself if I ever let my dogs get that fat. I don't beat around the bush and that is why my clients like me. We have nothing to gain by telling you that your dogs are overweight, so you do not believe us why? Okie dokie, I'm done now. On to the next round. Ding ding ding

Melissa.

Shtal, your dogs ARE fat. Everone has said so. Smarten up...there are a lot of knowledgeable people here, and they are ALL saying the same thing!

Also, forgive me for thinking these dogs were long dead. You started your first post by saying 'a long time ago', then you said, of the second dog you posted: "This is brother, I never seeing in person this one, "  Your grammar is pretty horrible, but I THINK you're trying to say "This is his brother" (brother of the first dog.) I've never seen this dog in person."

Nowhere did you say you were standing right next to one of these dogs.

Being that I train with my dogs 6 days a week and require them to be fit for the work that they do, I don't see them getting fat anytime soon. If the dogs get fat they can't jump, and if they can't jump I'll have to hoist them over the jumps, fences, etc.. I'm 5'4 125lbs. Yeah, I just don't see that happening. Ever think about what if your dog gets hurt and you have to carry them? Lol. The dogs that I train are for police work. There's no handler I have ever met who wants to lift a 140lb dog over a fence so they can bite the bad guy. To each his own. I'll stick with my standard size/weight GSD that can and do work.

Sorry for not being clear, sometimes I type strange, anyway - the first picture with a girl standing next to 2 german shepherd, the big fat german shepherd on the right I did met that one in person, the second picture of German Shepherd which is vey wide in body that was his brother, I did not met that one in person, but If I really wanted to - I could have, I simply didn't really have a need. I came to his house on the bussiness issue.

The girl standing next to the dogs, I believe she was just used for the example.

The reason I showed those picture is because I never ask the owner what type of German Shepherd he was.

Other Pictures of German Shepherds I showed that was diffrent person, a nice lady I was talking to.

Also, I ask few posts back to show me example what they mean non-overweight, it seems no responds only talking of saying negative words.

I know what non-overweight looks like, but I simply wanted to see your version of non-overweight comparison side by side with my dog

Thanks, no hard feellings. Sorry guys for slightly giving you trouble.

I' am out of this forum! :) :)

Thanks again!
