The German Shepherd Dog is a herding breed, they deserve a little more respect than that.

still I have great respect for other breeds as well.

The relationship between man and dog and how it came to pass is one of the most amazing things ever, and both had a hand in it, not just man, both.

And as far as I know it was a first of it's kind, this mutual relationship between two different species.

An important part of our evolution.

Disagree- not any breed could "apprehend".  I see malinois and shepherds in K-9 units around here.. Not just "any" breed
