Has anyone here used paypal- buy now pay later- selling their dogs/pups? If so, does it work out good or are their problems with doing this with selling puppies/dogs. Posting the Pros and cons would be appreciated if you know anything about this.

I don't see a problem. The buyer uses this option and Paypal pays you the full amount and then the buyer makes monthly payments to Paypal. Same as accepting credit cards through Paypal, IMO.
