I have a 6 month old German Shepherd that ADORES the bite sleeve and would cross counties to play with it.
But she's also being trained for Rally and obedience
and I don't know if it's safe or advisable to try and do bite work with her?
Any comments are appreciated

No reason you can't do both, but make sure you have someone that knows what they are doing before teaching bite work, either an individual trainer or a club. It's a great way to build prey drive and improve your toy drive for regular obedience.
