Do your research and be very very careful.  Did I say do a lot of research?  Did I mention to be very careful?

Not sure which country you are importing from and to but there are plenty of Czech line dogs in the USA and Canada... if you are in the USA or North America it will be much easier for you and the dogs or puppies.  I have plenty of Czech blood and they all came within 150 miles of home (Raleigh NC) but it took a lot of work as well as waiting to get the dogs that I wanted.  If you don't know what it is you want in a GSD better figure that out first and then shop for what you admire and want .. not so much by pedigree alone but by temperament and physical properties of the dam and sire.  The apple doesn't fall very far from the tree so pick a sound tree.

Didn't you submit a similar ? and request on 11/24?!

I am certain of importing from Czech Rep. this Spring, '14.  Which airport
will you fly in if you decide on importing from CR? A shipping arrangement
for 1/2 cost might be enticing, but shouldn't be the only determination. Research!

You will find that many Breeders will exclaim their breeding
stock (dogs) were imported. They will use this as a marketing tool.
So, you will pursue the lines you are 'wanting' and the nerves
of prepotency of bloodlines. Stay away from Breeder's that
think they have the perfect working line. It is a work in progress
with a combination of art, science and luck (probability).

You received several excellent suggestions on your other thread.  This is your second time with the same question on two different threads. I would reread your other thread.  Some excellent suggestions and a couple I would avoid like a bad case of Gonaherpasyphillis.

Being more specific, actually very specific in what you want might help getting better answers.  I have a feeling you will go with one of the more "popular" or well known kennels.   I hope you don't get screwed to badly.
