I am starting this chain with the intent that it be used to post to as a buyer beware page. I was sold a pregnant female by IVAN LUKIC YUGERSCHOF KENNELS out of SERBIA and was never sent the dog or a refund despite many promises. I am happy to post and share the empty promises and excuses I received from Ivan. If you have had something like this happen to you POST HERE!!!!! Give the name, location of the breeder, and a description of what happened so the world can know about these bad breeders and thieves. They use the database to contact unknowing people around the world and steal from them. Together we can stop them- POST HERE!!!

personally, i don't like this approach.......too negative. i would like to see a rating system of breeders you do recommend.
those who are not reputable would never get good ratings and eventually their business would dry up. people looking for
dogs & pups would be looking at all the higher rated breeders & would probably be put on a waiting list, which in my
opinion is a far superior way of buying dogs. it eliminates the impulse buyers.

If you start a list of bad breeders and allow every buyer with a perceived grievance to put people on the list then all the breeders both good and bad will be on the list. Half of the buyers are idiots and have buyers remorse before they get the dog home.

I saw a story on the news yesterday about a proposed law that will hold forums, which have editing, liable for allowing slanderous posts. This type of thread is a platform for slanderous posts.

you must be friends of Ivan. I have no reason to lie. I am a breeder I know all about buyers and their remorse. THis is not slander. I have proof. I am willing to share with anyone who doubts what I am saying.

I am not a friend to Ivan, don't know who he is. All I am saying is this is getting I old. This is like the 3rd thread about this kennel.
