CAUTION: BEWARE! Business name "Shepherds Von Saur" and "German Shepherds of Texas."
 
 IF you are a reputable breeder or potential consumer...stay clear of these people: Joey and Andrea Alaniz, AKA Hector Joel Alaniz Jr, Andrea Melissa Saur.  They will ruin your name, reputation, and credibility.  They are posted all over the internet.  Go to rip off report.com and any other website you can think of and you will find out for yourself.  Do not breed your dogs with them.  Email me if you have questions. If you are a potential buyer then you have been given an opportunity to run the opposite direction.  I wish my family as well as others had been so lucky. b. He lives in a HOA, with strict rules, policies, and regulations regarding the number of pets allowed on the premises and forbidden home based business practices.

d. He Claims to have video of Mr. Fritz trespassing, driving all the way from Arlington, TX to harass him. (Mr. Alaniz has made a false deceptive statement/allegation. We are requesting the said "film" as proof from the Alaniz').

They have 2 websites "red flag" to try and scam more people.  Web sites: ShepherdsVonSaur.com and germanshepherdsoftexas.com.  We are taking this opportunity to inform the public of our dealings with Joey and Andrea Alaniz  from San Antonio, TX.  Our Story, along with two other families, is now published on Ripoffreport.com (Google them).  All three families have been ripped off within their very FIRST year of business. Please take our unfortunate experience for what it's worth.  We only wish that we had been smarter and done our research better.

Trend of deceptive business practice by Hector Joel Alaniz Jr., Andrea M. Saur Alaniz,and Shepherds Von Saur
 
1.  Tammy Lopez paid the Alaniz' $750.00 for a German shepherd puppy and did not receive a puppy or a refund.  She sued the Alaniz' and was awarded a judgment for $780.00 in May 2013, which to date has not been paid.  (See: copy of judgment in favor of Tammy Lopez)
 
2.  We paid $1700.00 to the Alaniz' and did not receive puppies or a refund.  We filed the current suit on May 22, 2013.
 
3.  Paula Moore paid $1800.00 for one German shepherd and received her puppy from the Veterinary ER clinic where the Alaniz' abandoned her. The puppy was diagnosed with the Parvovirus. The costs of medical bills are approximately $6000.00 plus (GOOGLE public reports posted by Paula Moore).


OTHER: additional Alaniz RED FLAGS
 
1.  The Alaniz' have changed and updated their website multiple times.
 
2.  The Alaniz' have since changed their advertisements promoting themselves as "unregistered users" failing to disclose their identities and business name.  Such advertisements ambiguously suggest the defendants previous living address 314 Legend Breeze, San Antonio, TX 78258 as the place of business.  A different  phone number (210-542-7111) is also advertised as a point of contact. This in an attempt to evade the negative internet reviews connected to their true address: 25722 Willard Path, San Antonio TX. and business phone number: 210-689-1388. This is a form of deceptive business practice in order to mislead the public and potential consumers.(see: e-bay classified advertisement and public data records with defendants previous residential address).
 
3. We the buyers never signed a binding contract, because a contract never existed at the time of purchase. Defendants claim that their "website"  is  there supposed contract.  The only documents we received were a RECEIPT of purchase from the defendants, and transaction receipts from Pay Pal. Months later the defendants developed a contract.

4. Discovered additional public information from the Bexar county clerk's office regarding multiple lawsuits against the Alaniz' .  (See: public data documentation regarding the Alaniz' litigation history).
Their current address, 25722 Willard Path, San Antonio TX is currently in foreclosure status and was auctioned in November 2013.

6.  They will not allow you to visit your puppy or meet the parents, which means that a buyer cannot see the environment of which the puppy is raised. Mr. Alaniz is known for meeting buyers at a park and /or roadside, See: http://shepherdsvonsaur.com/puppies_for_sale

Update: Our Court date was November 8th, 2013.  We met these frauds in person. The Alaniz' requested to have our case dismissed and were under the impression that all they would have to do is sign dismissal paperwork.  The Judge denied their request for a dismissal.  We are scheduled for trial January 21st, 2013.  The Alaniz' will do anything to extend the inevitable and just keep trying to buy more time in order to win a losing battle.

This client is psychotic and has gone off handle. She is unhappy and will never be happy. She refused her own dogs. Ignore her. We have real referrals and you cannot please everyone. We sell to clients that deserve beautiful dogs. Marysol Should never own such quality.

Shepherds Von Saur, German Shepherds of Texas, and now "Saur Haus Hunds?", What's the next name gonna be? 

How and why would anyone "ignore" our FACTS? You are correct in that you couldn't please us for the simple fact that you did NOT give us our puppies and you kept/stole our money!

We believe that the facts provided from our post speaks for itself, Yeah right! 
Alaniz', most people just give away $1700.00 to breeders and just decide NOT to take their puppies. That isn't even logical nor is it remotely believable.  There are two other families that you have also ripped off.  I guess everyone is lying and making up stories, but you two. As for the escort...that is ridiculous.  The police escorted you and your wife out of the courthouse because you began to get out of control.  You have zero facts posted on this site.  You're on video for crying out loud...blatantly lying about us and admitting to lying on your websites.  We aren't here to argue with you two...just here to warn the public to include breeders and buyers.  Wave the white flag already.  Your post makes you look even more ridiculous than you already are and once again brings more negative attention to yourselves. We are glad that you replied, because it makes our claims even more believable. Why don't you just give us our $1700.00 back? That would be the right thing to do. 


 

Well done Mfritzrnbsn, not only you have brought these misleading people to the attention of others, you have proof to back
up your claims. People shouldn't have to search to find good breeder, anyone who breeds should be a good breeder, and if they are not, take away the power to breed. Am tired of rip off's.

Thanks for your reply Ashah! We will definitely keep everyone posted on the outcome of this case.  The facts we have provided are only a fraction of what we have.  Would you believe that this was our very first puppy buying experience? Talk about some serious bad luck!
