THERE IS A NEW ASKO/GRETA LITTER IN ALABAMA. I PURCHASED A MALE FROM LAST YEARS LITTER AND WAS SO BUMMED WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT MY MALE HAS ONLY ONE TESTICLE. INFORMED THE BREEDER EVEN THOUGH THE CONTRACT STATES:
"THE BUYER RENOUNCES TO ASSERT ANY CLAIMS LATER ACCORDING TO DEVELOPMENT OF ANATOMY, CONFORMATION OR CHARACTER, OR DEFECTS OR DISEASE (ACQUIRED OR INHERITED) APPEARING AT A LATER DATE."
HOW THE HECK DID I MISS THAT. I GUESS INEXPERIENCE AND THE EXCITEMENT OF GETTING THE NEW PUPPY. ANYWAYS, STUCK WITH A MALE THAT I CANNOT BREED, BUT THAT DOESN'T STOP EVERYONE FROM PRODUCING....

Puppies are such a gamble, even if he had both his testicles, it doesn't mean he would've grown up to be breedworthy. Still, it's too bad he's not starting off like you were hoping.

Did this pup have two testicles when you bought him? Didn't the vet notice when you took him in for a new puppy exam? How old is your dog now and if this breeding was from last year, why are you only complaining about it now?

Most breeders will exchange the puppy or give you a discount if their pup is cryptorchid. Have you asked them about this?
