Have a 10 month old female, show line import and while training her today her hip popped, quite loudly. Didn't appear to hurt her, didn't slow her down a bit or change her gait.
Just flipped me out. Will be x-raying her hips the end of November to send off to Germany but wondered if anyone had ever had this happen.

Maybe it was her knee?

I would just keep her docile for a few days and watch her sitting, laying and getting up and down...Won't hurt to kennel her and not do any work for a week.
If no problems resume..Cannot be too careful when they are young and over act..she could have twisted her knee joint and it can be dangerous if she snaps that ligament by twisting her joint...knee joint... Called ACL
